Parking Garage Invoicing. System uses in/out punches to determine the length of time each client uses garage. Reports are produced by client, client company and date ranges. Invoices are produced on an as needed basis and can be produced for any range of time from daily to monthly or quarterly using rates stored in the system.
Contractor Time Sheets. Reports are produced by contractor, contractor company, date ranges and exceptions. Direct access to data produces timely reports.
Meal tracking for a nursing home that used a proximity card reader to track when residents and guests go to lunch, breakfast and dinner. Comparisons are made to employee meal plans and the necessary charges are accumulated. A number of exception reports are used to determine who exceeded meal plan allotments, which residents missed meals, which days of the week had highest activity, etc..
