Admin Logon

Each user of the system is assigned a logon id that
is password protected. The Logon determines
which functions can be performed

An administrator account (ADMIN) is required to
manage the Web portal. If several tenants/clients are
used, the Admin account can be used to query
information across Client boundaries

Each client/tenant will be assigned a separate set of
visitor files
Generic Built-In Routines

Base system includes the ability to maintain
separate contact lists, announcements, discussions
boards, user defined tables and to provide links to
other web sites.

Built in administrator allows you to configure web
pages into panels, adding new pages as needed

Built in security allows you to define which logons
can see which pages.
Home Page

The Home page is defined by the ADMIN and may
be designed in a number of ways, using multiple
panels and pages.

The Home page will be configured to the logon and
may include a number of applications or just the
Visitor Management System

The page to the left shows a client logon that shows
The Visitor Management system, an announcement
module and a separate contact list that this user
uses to keep track of important contacts,
such as, outside maintenance staff.
Clients/Tenant

Clients are specific to the VMS software and
represent a system user that is uniquely identified
as a separate entity. An example includes Tenants
in a office building. Each represent a different
company. In most installations, companies will use
one client table.

Each Client is given a visitor master, category table,
a Lock out list, access to pre-badging, sign in/
Sign out capability and if appropriate, a link to
an access control system
Clients

Each client is assigned a portal id which
provides access to the Web site portal and identifies
the client to the VMS system. The portal id is assigned
by the Portal administrator.
Client/Visitors

As a client signs on they are shown the active list
of visitors which have been entered into the system
either through a pre-badging request by a client
employee, an interface with an access control
system or by the desk operator through data entry
or a driver license/ business card scan

The latest punch activity (signin-signout) is shown
as well as any lock out information, the type of
visitor, when the Visitor has been authorized,
for how long, as well as, other information desired

Visitors

The basic Visitor information includes,
names, company, type, and authorization
information.

Visitor Activity

Each Visitor has a history of time punches that
have been generated through one of
the input sources. This activity can be sorted and
filtered by date ranges

Visitor(s) Time Punches

Besides electronic capture of time punches
by mag stripe and/or proximity readers, entries can
be made by entering the data by hand or by pressing
the Sign In or Sign Out button.
Visitor(s) Reports

Activity reports can be selected for various
criteria, such as, visitor name, visitor type,
date range, client name, and location
