TrackIt Suite The QUE Accounting TrackIt Suite of programs is used to capture when a person or object has arrived at a specific location. Each object (employee) is identified by a badge or ID which is unique to the system. When a badge is presented, it is verified and any associated notes or messages will be displayed. A time record will be recorded for each presentation at a reader. Readers may be HID readers, Bar code readers or magnetic stripe. The program is easily modified to handle any custom needs.

Trackit Session The Session application records employee’s arrivals and departures at specific locations and events such as training sessions, assemblies and the like. Transactions can be viewed by employee, by session and by location. All can be filtered by a date range An enhanced version tracks training sessions and compares to requirements |

Trackit Inventory The Inventory tracking program tracks what equipment is being used and by whom. A common application of this program is the assignment of helmets and other fire fighting equipment to firemen. It can also be used to track borrowed items such as library books.

Trackit Guardian
This Trackit program is particular to a Parent/Child relationship. It is used to record when a parent or guardian arrives to pick up children from day care, day school and the like. With the use of photos both the children and parent picture is displayed at the time of id presentation so that the receptionist can visually check the person’s photo.

Data Capture Program
Each TrackIt program comes with a program used to capture time stamps. They can easily be configured to show a person’s image, display a message and/or note when the ID Card is presented.
