Gatehouse Entry Screen

Gatehouse screen is customized to client’s needs but generally includes an easy way to select a Resident, enter visitor information and take a facial picture and that of the car’s license plate.

1. When a Resident is selected any warnings, note, out of town messages are displayed. If any voice messages have been recorded by the Resident they will be played.

2. Visitors can be selected from a ‘past visitor’ list or a guest list authorized by the resident.

3. Visitor information can be scanned in from a driver license or business card

4. As a Visitor record is saved a “Watch List” is interrogated to see if this person should be denied entry 

The Web option is where Residents can access their records from any computer whether that be in the community or away. The options available include creating a guest list, pre register visitors, enter notes or warnings for the guard, modify personal information and review past visitor transactions

* QUE Web Gated Software can also be used to enter visitors and can be used as the Gatehouse screen for collecting information. Data can be housed by QUE Accounting in a trusted web server

Administrative Control Center

 Provides access to configurations, reports, resident and guest entry screens. Residents can be transferred from existing systems such as access control.
