Facility Usage Tracking

The Facility Usage system captures time spent by clients using designated facilities and applies billing rates based on the individuals' payment plan. Facilities may represent a variety of assets, varying from tennis courts to parking garages. With that in mind, customization is key to providing the right solution. Like Time and Attendance, cost-effective program changes can be made to the base system in order to meet your specific requirements. As an example, one planned implementation is a car dealership that will be using proximity card badges to determine the service stage of a given automobile and whether or not to trigger a notice to the dealer's service desk and/or the automobile's owner. Another more simpler example, is capturing time spent in parking garages and providing timely billing information. This application uses a series of credits and debits to maintain a balance for each client.
