Day Care Security
The QUE Accounting Day Care Security program is designed to log when a guardian or parent has arrived to “drop off” or “pick up” children from a day care facility. Each guardian is identified by an ID badge or tag unique to the system. When an ID is presented, it is verified and any associated notes, alerts, pictures or messages are displayed. Each time is recorded for future recall.

Features Watch List A list of individuals, who for some reason or another, are considered ineligible for children pick up. An example my be a parent who was recently denied visitations rights Voice Readout With the proper equipment a person’s name is announced upon arrival Alerts A series of actions that will automate: an email and/or phone call. For example, when children are not dropped off by a certain time. Handles up to 1000 IDs Easily expandable to unlimited numbers Transaction and calendar view Time records can be presented in a list or in a calendar highlighted by day. Both In and Out time stamps Database SQL Server or Microsoft Access Import/Export Capabilities Pull in guardian lists and export time records Reports Reports allow for selection by date range, employee, badge and other pertinent information Camera ready Simply attach a standard digital camera to the computer and you can capture photos and have them automatically stored and aligned to the proper ID
